Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking an experienced Sales Professional, Restaurant Manager, Culinary Manager or Chef to join our world-class sales team. This outside sales role focuses on growing new business, building relationships with accounts, and helping customers succeed while meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting solutions, coordinating deliveries, and supporting training for customer personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, including 3 years in Restaurant Management or outside sales.
• Bi-Lingual is preferred.
• Experience in B2B or sales within foodservice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Qualify prospects and research customer needs to tailor product/service mix.
• Present product information and provide customer training as needed.
• Drive to customer accounts, meetings, and events; manage order process and collections as applicable.
• Attend meetings and participate in sales promotions and district activities.
