Sodexo is seeking a Senior Food Supervisor for our location in Towson, MD. You will oversee daily food service operations across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events, and casual dining under management guidance.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining a safe work environment, training new employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires reliable attendance and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and issue resolution.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client requirements.
