Sodexo is seeking a Senior Food Supervisor for ITAWAMBA COMMUNITY COLLEGE - FULTON CAMPUS. On-site role overseeing daily food service operations across fast casual, coffee/counter, cafeterias, events, and dining areas.

Main duties include coordinating staff, ensuring safety, training, and maintaining customer satisfaction while working varied shifts. Full-time employment with comprehensive benefits.

• 2+ years of related work experience; supervisory experience preferred.

• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Pay Range:

$18 per hour - $25 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.
