Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Food Supervisor to oversee on-site food operations at STANDIFER PLACE, coordinating routine activities across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events, and casual dining.

You will lead a team, ensure a safe work environment, provide orientation and training, work with customers to ensure satisfaction, and support management during shifts. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

• 2+ years of related work experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and committed to a healthy/safe working environment.

• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

Responsibilities include

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

• 2 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
