This senior-level individual contributor role requires a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and 3+ years in product development or R&D within food manufacturing, with labeling knowledge and cost targets. On-site in Greater Salem, OR area, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in product development or R&D in food manufacturing.
• Experience with labeling regulations and cost targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to commercialization.
• Drive scale-up, plant trials, and cost targets throughout development.
• Manage specs, ingredient qualifications, labeling compliance and shelf-life validation.
