Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Production Manager for a growing food manufacturing company in the Whittier area. You will lead production operations, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across functions to meet organizational goals.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, experience in food production, and a strong track record of coaching supervisors and teams across multiple shifts. This onsite role offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
At least 10 years of progressive management experience in manufacturing.
Experience in food production preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily manufacturing operations on the production floor across multiple shifts.
Coach and develop production supervisors and teams.
Design and implement SOPs and process improvements to drive performance.
Establish roles, responsibilities and performance standards for the workforce.
Optimize use of personnel, materials, machinery and production assets.
Promote food safety, regulatory compliance, and workplace safety.
