The Judge Group is seeking a Production Manager for a growing food manufacturing company in the Whittier, CA area. This position oversees daily production operations, focusing on leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead production teams across multiple shifts, develop SOPs, and drive safety and compliance, while partnering with other departments to optimize planning, inventory, and reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing management experience in food production.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop supervisors across multiple shifts.
• Proven track record in SOPs, process improvements, and procedures.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
