Job summary

The Judge Group client is seeking a Plant Manager for a modern Food Manufacturing facility just outside Oklahoma City. You will oversee daily operations, drive continuous improvement, and emphasize food safety with a team of about 150 employees.

The role reports to the Director of Manufacturing and requires a Bachelor's degree, 7-10+ years in manufacturing, ERP/WMS proficiency, and a track record in KPI reporting and cost analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree - Heavily preferred.
• 7-10+ years in manufacturing operations or management in a food facility.
• Working knowledge of production equipment.
• Experience with ERP, WMS and batching software.
• Quality system background or SQF/food safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day operations.
• Achieve goals set for the production facility.
• Lead continuous improvement objectives and increase productivity.
• Promote safety, food safety and quality policies.
• Implement and report plant KPIs; reduce inefficiencies and waste.
• Provide leadership to the facility; assist budgeting and cost analysis.
• Develop and support a trained, motivated team; evaluate performance.
• Delegate production assignments to teams and personnel.
