SodexoMagic is seeking a Senior Food Supervisor at AMERICAN AIRLINES ADMIRALS CLUB in New York. You will oversee on-site food service operations—fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events, casual dining and cafes—under management direction to coordinate routine activities of service staff.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience with supervisory capabilities; multiple shifts available in a full-time capacity, with a comprehensive benefits package.

• 2+ years of related work experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Ensure a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
