Job summary

SodexoMagic is hiring a Senior Food Supervisor at Delaware State University to oversee on-site food operations and guide service teams across fast casual, coffee/counter, cafeterias, events/banquets, and cafes. You’ll work under management direction to coordinate daily activities and ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience, supervisory experience preferred.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and able to foster a healthy/safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of on-site service employees during the normal course of business.
• Ensure a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality and service.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shifts on time with regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned per client requirements.
