Burger King, part of Restaurant Brands International, is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Food Innovation to drive development and commercialization of new menu items. You will partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to move concepts from concept to market.

This role requires a strong food science background, project management, and the ability to work onsite five days a week in Florida. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Nutrition, or related field, or equivalent culinary experience.
• 2–5 years in product innovation, food production, or commercialization in a food setting.
• Strong technical background in food processing and analytical testing.

Responsabilités

• Oversee development and launch of new food items from concept to market.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead test kitchen operations and support product launches with culinary input.
• Gather consumer insights to validate innovation ideas and trends.
