The Role

Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations, ensure compliance with policies, standards, and legal obligations, manage budgets, monitor quality, and meet customer expectations.

Located in charming St. Andrews by-the-Sea, this historic yet modern resort offers exceptional dining, spa, golf, and event facilities, providing a luxurious experience in one of North America's most historic towns.

Activities

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing daily F&B operations, including supplies, staffing, and equipment maintenance.
  • Supporting self-inspection programs and maintaining budgets.
  • Building team trust and respect, developing goals, and ensuring standards are met.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, handling guest concerns proactively, and maintaining guest satisfaction.
  • Conducting human resource activities like performance appraisals, hiring, and coaching.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as budgets, schedules, and problem-solving.
Competencies We Are Seeking
  • High school diploma or GED with 5+ years in food & beverage or related fields, or a 2-year degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • Passion for customer service, flexible schedule, physical ability to perform job duties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Micros POS system; previous payroll experience is an asset.
  • Certifications: Smart Serve, Food Handlers, First Aid, CPR.
