Hilton Omaha is looking for aSenior Food & Beverage Manager!

We are located in downtown Omaha, directly connected via sky bridge to CHI Health Event Center, a block from TD Ameritrade Ballpark, and less than a mile from the Old Market Entertainment District. Hilton Omaha is also an official Creighton University partner and home to Nick's Quorum Bar & Supper Club.

Inspired by the city’s historical Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854, Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a modern bar and supper club in downtown Omaha. Serving brunch daily and dinner Tuesday – Saturday, the kitchen is led by Executive Chef, Cynthia Long and the menu features fresh interpretations of supper club classics, from relish trays for the table to prime rib carved tableside.

The Senior Food & Beverage Manager at Hilton Omaha will assist in the direction and organization of the department's restaurant outlets and banquet operations to maintain high standards of quality and service. As the ideal candidate you will:

  • Have a well-rounded background in full-service restaurant outlets with a passion for building and developing teams.
  • Have previous experience with hiring, scheduling, ordering/inventory
  • Have previous experience with forecasting/cost control and banquet operations are a plus!

This will be a service-forward role with a need for full flexibility, yet primary coverage is projected to focus on AM service and execution.

What will I be doing?

  • Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
  • Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
  • Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
  • Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
