Job summary

Viceroy Snowmass is seeking a Senior Food and Beverage Manager for an on-site role in Snowmass Village, CO. You will oversee daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service and an elevated guest experience.

You will manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams, coordinate restaurant, bar and banquet operations, train and mentor staff, support budgeting and financial performance, and actively lead during peak periods to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

Role Description

The Senior Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Viceroy Snowmass in Snowmass Village, CO. This role oversees daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring consistent, high-quality service and an elevated guest experience. Responsibilities include managing front-of-house and back-of-house teams, coordinating restaurant, bar, and banquet operations, and maintaining strong relationships with guests and internal stakeholders. The Senior Food and Beverage Manager monitors inventory and cost controls, collaborates on menus and promotions with culinary leadership, and ensures compliance with health, safety, and brand standards. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, managing schedules, supporting budgeting and financial performance, and actively participating in service during peak periods to lead by example.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and banquets.
• Strong Customer Service skills with a track record of delivering upscale, guest-focused hospitality experiences.
• Experience in Training, coaching, and developing diverse food and beverage teams to achieve performance and service standards.
• Proficiency in Budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis to support revenue growth and profitability.
• Previous leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or luxury dining environment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations relevant to food and beverage operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business levels require.
• Relevant education or certification in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field is beneficial.
