White Lodging is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to oversee day-to-day operations of hotel outlets, balancing profitability with guest and associate satisfaction. You will ensure top-quality food and beverage standards and develop programs to reduce turnover while controlling sales volume and labor costs.

Qualificações

• Must have previous management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• If required by local law, must hold a valid liquor license.
• Experience with food service administrative functions: ordering, inventory control, staff scheduling, and financial reporting.
• Proven computer, administrative, math, accounting and supervisory skills; experience with commercial food service equipment.
• Ability to deal effectively with customers and staff; strong verbal communication.
• Basic knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to solve practical problems in variable situations with limited standardization.

• Collaborate with social media/marketing on promotions to boost sales.

Description

Sets and maintains highstandards of food and beverage quality, and is strategic creating programs and processes to increase associate satisfaction and reduce turnover, while tightly managing sales volume and labor costs.

Responsible for to day operations of these outlets to maintain an efficient, profitable, associate and guest centric environment. Sets and maintains highstandards of food and beverage quality, and is strategic creating programs and processes to increase associate satisfaction and reduce turnover, while tightly managing sales volume and labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Ensures systems are in place to accurately capture sales.


• Ensure prompt and efficient service of all amenities, meals and beverages


• Ensure that cashier systems are in place following the SMART plan.


• Work closely with the kitchen supervisor to maximize speed of service.


• Utilize the sales and marketing plan as basis for setting customer service goals and long term scheduling. Validate the sales plan is in line with Period and Quarterly projections.


• Monitor and assess product quality, satisfaction, and trends to determine if any change in programs or strategy is required.


• Ensure all team members have current knowledge of outlet offerings, products, services, facilities, event, pricing and policies and are knowledgeable of the local area and events.


• Works closely with social media and marketing contacts in Sales on promotional and operational efforts to maximize achievement of sales (advertising, posters, mailers, local businesses and residences)

Skills

• Where local law requires it, must be able to hold valid liquor license.


• Proven experience with food service administrative functions, such as ordering, inventory control, staff scheduling, and financial reporting.


• Proven computer, administrative, math, accounting, and supervisory skills. Experience working with a variety of commercial food service equipment


• Ability to deal effectively with customers and other company personnel. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, guests or employees.


• Basic knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and procedures.


• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Education/Experience

• Previous Management experience required


• High School Degree/GED; College Degree Preferred
