The role oversees a team of four disclosure professionals handling complex requests, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and coordinating with government officials and legal/compliance stakeholders. The position emphasizes leadership, regulatory expertise, and the ability to manage high-profile matters,

Qualifications

• 10+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience supporting FOIA programs.
• Experience with FOIA appeals, litigation support.
• DOE Q or Top Secret clearance within last five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction for FOIA/Privacy Act case processing.
• Allocate resources based on priorities, deadlines, and workload.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain disclosure professionals.
• Ensure program performance during staffing changes and high workload.
• Brief senior leadership on risk, compliance, and operational needs.
