Job summary

OST, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Procurement and Sustainment Analyst in Orlando to support Foreign Military Sales programs across the full lifecycle.

You will analyze LORs/LOAs and develop procurement and sustainment strategies, while creating SOWs, PWSs, QASPs, and related documents. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in DoD acquisition or FMS, with active Secret clearance. Prior experience with evaluation support and policy compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting DoD acquisition, procurement, sustainment, or FMS/security assistance programs.
• Experience with development of SOW, PWS, TDL, CDRL, QASP documentation.
• Active Secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze draft LORs and LOAs and support procurement strategies.
• Create and update SOWs, PWS, CDRLs, QASPs, PRs, and IGEs for programs.
• Assist evaluations of contractor proposals per established factors and source selection criteria.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, Army, and DSCA guidance in acquisitions.
