Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior Mobile Software Engineer for Enterprise Payments Technology in the United States. The role focuses on delivering complex requirements and ensuring scalable, maintainable architecture with tests and CI/CD.

You will mentor engineers and drive quality through automated testing and deployment pipelines. The team supports Merchant Solutions, Card Issuing, Digital Wallets, and more, handling billions of transactions and millions of relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience coding solutions and unit testing to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
• 4+ years experience designing/developing/modifying architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity.
• 4+ years of professional experience in mobile app development.
• Proven experience with Flutter and Dart in production-level applications.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, and JSON.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
• Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained.
• Mentors other software engineers and coach team on CI-CD practices and automating tool stack.
• Executes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecycle.
• Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
• Automates manual release activities.
• Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance).
