Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced engineer to design and route fluid subsystems for the MK1 cargo lander. You will work with valves, regulators, pressure vessels, and instrumentation, using Creo CAD and ANSYS FEA to deliver GS&T-compliant designs.

You will lead testing, coordinate with multiple teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure quality in all stages of development for spaceflight hardware.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace propulsion and fluid systems.
• Experience with spacecraft or launch vehicle fluid system design or test.
• Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and route fluid subsystems (pressurization, pneumatics, RCS).
• Work with fluid components (valves, regulators, vessels, instrumentation).
• Lead testing and data analysis; deliver complete design reports.
• Coordinate schedule, priorities, and budgeting with cross‑functional teams.
