Job summary

A-dec is seeking a Senior Engineer in the Fluid Controls group to develop innovative products and systems across pneumatic controls, valves, pumps, and vacuum systems in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience in valve/pneumatic/fluid-control design, with strong CAD capability and a track record of leading design teams. Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Typically 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience with valve/pneumatic/fluid-control systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provides for the accomplishment of team and corporate objectives through timely completion of tasks.
• Delivers engineering solutions for products through creative design and modern techniques.
• Creates CAD models, sketches, prototypes, and documentation for evaluation by management and customers.
• Directs the work of CAD operators and technicians to ensure quality designs.
• Communicates effectively to support cross-functional teams and project goals.
• Keeps project records up to date and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
