Job summary

Amca is seeking an entry-level Junior Fluid Engineer to support the design of fluid control hardware, including valves, regulators, actuators, and manifolds. You will run analyses, create drawings, and develop models under the mentorship of senior engineers.

Responsibilities include design support, basic CFD studies, documentation, and collaboration with test and manufacturing teams to incorporate feedback. Ideal for recent graduates with CAD proficiency and a strong analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Working knowledge of fluid dynamics, hydraulics, or pneumatics fundamentals.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (Creo, SolidWorks, or NX) and a working understanding of GD&T.
• Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn on complex hardware.

Responsibilities

• Design Support: Design fluid control components and assemblies under guidance, build CAD models and drawings, apply GD&T.
• Analysis and Documentation: Assist with analytical and CFD studies, draft requirements/docs, maintain design files.
• Collaboration and Development: Work with test and manufacturing teams to understand feedback, support troubleshooting and data collection, participate in design reviews.
