Rocket Lab is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Fluid Components based in Long Beach, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing fluid component designs to life and ensuring they meet the requirements for the Neutron program.

Your role includes influencing early design choices, leading product introductions, and collaborating with quality teams to drive improvements. A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is required along with extensive experience in fluid components assembly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting valves, actuators, regulators during assembly, functional checkouts, or qualification testing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes common to fluid components.

Responsibilities

• Influence the design of critical Neutron components early in the program.
• Oversee introduction and implementation of new products.
• Lead problem containment and corrective action investigations.
