Qualifications

• Ten years of verifiable floor care experience.
• Three years of prior experience in management.
• Knowledge of carpet, hardwood, and VCT floor cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute full cycle hard and soft floor maintenance activities.
• Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with contracts.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting and driving.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong planning and organization skills

Working proficiency in Spanish

Ability to supervise and evaluate employees
