Job summary

Intralot, Inc. is seeking a production assembler in Mason, OH to join a team responsible for assembling, testing, and calibrating game components and related hardware. You will follow blueprints, verify tolerances, and perform dimensional adjustments to ensure parts meet specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience, in the field or in a related area, is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fabricated parts at floor stations.
• Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
• Use hand tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
• Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs, as necessary.
• Study assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
• Responsible for adhering to preventive maintenance requirements on equipment; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs, as needed.
• Always maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Properly store and maintain production parts, tools, test equipment and documentation.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Accurate and thorough documentation of production and quality forms.
• Meet daily production goals.
