V3 Companies, a multidisciplinary AEC firm, seeks a professional engineer and project manager with 9+ years of experience for our Central Ohio office. You will contribute to career-defining projects that modernize stormwater and floodplain systems while serving our FSM team and local clients.

Qualifications

• Graduates of four-year civil or environmental engineering degree
• Licensed professional engineer
• Nine years or more experience in the design and construction administration of floodplain, stormwater, or water resources projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering growth, creativity, and excellence.
• Build strong client relationships from procurement through coordination and completion.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Be a project-level leader throughout the project cycle including watershed analysis, drainage studies, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, sketching, detailed design, report writing and bid documents preparation.
• Engage in field activities during design and construction oversight.
• Participate in business development; client and industry engagement, local strategy, project development and proposals.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams helping improve stormwater infrastructure.
• Build strong industry and community relationships.
• Engage in V3's local and company culture focused on growth and impact.
