Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HVAC maintenance experience is required.
• Must have EPA Universal Certification.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hydraulics and schematics knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC system issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
