Quest Diagnostics seeks a Phlebotomist III- Float to draw high-quality samples and support patient service centers, mobile and in-office locations. You will lead on-site teams, coach staff, and ensure accurate specimen handling and timely processing.

This role requires extensive phlebotomy experience and strong communication skills to guide others while maintaining confidentiality and safety in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Five years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Minimum 3 years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for Phlebotomy across multiple sites as required.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and onboarding for new staff.
• Explain procedures to patients and draw blood specimens accurately and safely.
• Collaborate with Sales, Laboratory Testing Services, IT connectivity, Billing and Logistics.
