Qualifications

• 8–18 years of IT/engineering experience with streaming tech.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale real-time data platform implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, development, and optimization of real-time streaming apps using Apache Flink.
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems for high-volume data streams.
• Manage and mentor engineering teams to ensure technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery: requirements, design, development, deployment, support.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, DevOps, and stakeholders to align solutions with goals.
• Develop robust Java-based applications and services following modern backend practices.
• Implement data processing pipelines, stream analytics, and real-time monitoring.
