DZYNE Technologies is seeking a Senior Flight Test Engineer for on-site duties at Eglin AFB, FL. The role leads flight test planning and execution in a rigorous, manufacturing environment, driving quality and efficiency while coordinating with certification and engineering teams.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on flight test leadership, strong technical acumen, and a track record of delivering reliable test results.

Qualifications

7+ years of relevant work related to flight test operations.
Strong technical background with ability to read engineering design artifacts and customer requirements.
Self-driven and interfaces well with teams of varied disciplines.

Responsibilities

Provide technical oversight and leadership in flight test objectives, equipment, and budgets.
Interact with certification engineers to ensure program’s operational certification standards are achieved.
Author test and safety plans for a variety of programs and customers.
Mentor new flight test engineers and standardize planning products.
Act as test director of flight test events.
Source instrumentation components for test systems.
Develop acceptance tests for products.
Develop data management and analysis plans for testing.
