Job summary

Gulfstream seeks an experienced flight test and certification pilot to conduct initial flight tests and acceptance flights for production aircraft, validating performance and handling qualities in Savannah, GA. You will represent Gulfstream during FAA Certificate of Airworthiness checks and work with engineering to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum seven (7) years of flight experience.
• Current FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) / Airline Transport Pilot - Multicrew Pilot License (ATPL).
• Ability to obtain and maintain FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial flight tests and acceptance flights for production aircraft, validating performance and handling qualities.
• Represent Gulfstream during FAA Certificate of Airworthiness flight checks.
• Perform post-outfitting, certification-modification, and Service Center maintenance test flights.
• Deliver customer and crew training on new aircraft, installed systems, and upgrades.
