Job summary

DMR Technologies Inc in Lafayette, Louisiana, is seeking an experienced Flight Control Firmware Engineer to own and advance the embedded software powering our flight controllers. You will inherit a mature production codebase and help drive flight performance, reliability, and autonomous capabilities.

You will work on STM32-based systems, optimize RTK, GPS, IMU sensor fusion, and integrate new flight features while collaborating with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams in a small,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in embedded firmware.
• Experience with drone or aerospace flight control systems.
• Strong C/C++ development skills required.
• Exposure to STM32, RTOS, or bare-metal environments.
• Experience with sensor fusion, IMU, GNSS/RTK, CAN, UART, SPI, I2C is preferred.
