Job summary

Sony Corporation of America is seeking a Senior Flight Attendant to advise the Chief Pilot on safety, policy, and crew management. You will assist the Trip Captain, oversee catering orders, and train contract flight attendants to uphold safety, service, and efficiency.

This role emphasizes maintaining stock inventories, managing passenger needs lists, and ensuring cabin readiness on each flight, with a focus on exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Requires a minimum of five years of related work experience as a corporate or private flight attendant with extensive international experience.
  • Aviation training or management related background desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and thorough working knowledge of food service and passenger relations.
  • Possess a current first aid card and is AED/CPR qualified.

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties as assigned by Chief Pilot or VP of Aviation.
  • Assist passengers during inflight emergencies and provide high-level service.
  • Maintain cabin safety, galley controls, and AV systems knowledge.
  • Order catering per trip sheet and ensure cabin readiness before boarding.
  • Manage stock, inventories, and passenger special needs lists.
  • Support training, scheduling, and administrative duties as required.
