Job summary

Caris Air Services, LLC seeks a Chief Cabin Attendant to lead cabin operations across Part 91/135 flights. You will manage safety, service, and inventories while coordinating with Operations and flight crews to ensure an exceptional passenger experience.

The role requires senior cabin leadership, staff training, and adherence to FAA regulations, company policies, and GOM procedures, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years corporate aviation experience preferred.
• Part 91/135 experience preferred.
• CPR/AED & First Aid certification required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Valid passport required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cabin safety and regulatory compliance for Part 91 and Part 135 operations, including preflight checks and passenger briefings.
• Deliver white-glove passenger service, meals, beverages, and catering coordination.
• Oversee trip preparation, itineraries, manifests, and coordination with pilots, dispatch, and catering vendors.
• Maintain passenger preference profiles and manage inventory in the flight department stock room.
• Lead cabin crew, standardize service procedures, and mentor flight attendants.
• Maintain training records, CMS documentation, and compliance with GOM and SOPs.
