Job summary

Saigepartners is seeking a Senior Application Development Manager (Senior Packaging Engineer) for the Flexibles Division. This remote role requires Central or Eastern Time Zone access and will serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and the organization, leading all application development and technical service activities across accounts.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Food Science, Packaging, Plastics, or related field.
• 10+ years in flexible packaging product development and manufacturing processes including printing, laminating, coating, slitting, pouching, and form/fill/seal.

Responsibilities

• Lead all application development and technical service activities across assigned accounts and markets.
• Translate customer requirements into internal specifications and manufacturing instructions.
• Plan, develop, and lead pilot, production, and filling/packing trials; author detailed trial reports.
