Job summary

FedEx Logistics in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Technician to service the FedEx vehicle fleet and ground support equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and document work orders using FedEx computer systems.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with vocational training; ASE Master certification is preferred. Four years of fleet or heavy vehicle repair experience is required, along with strong teamwork, English

Four years of fleet/automotive repair experience required.
ASE Master certification preferred; FMCSA regulations knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide timely maintenance for FedEx vehicle fleet and ground support equipment, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, modifications, and documentation.
Document work with repair orders and parts ordering using FedEx computer systems.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT standards; guide and support technicians and trainees.
