Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; vocational automotive training preferred; ASE Master certification preferred.
- Four years of fleet, automotive or truck vehicle advanced technical repair and maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of testing equipment and tools for hydraulic, gasoline, diesel, electric, and/or hybrid equipment; proficiency with a PC.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely maintenance for FedEx vehicle fleet and ground support equipment, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications.
- Document work performed and maintain adequate inventory using FedEx computer systems.
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA and DOT standards; guide and support technicians and trainees.
