What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage safety consulting engagements and ensure timely completion of client deliverables
- Serve as a liaison between consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders to address workflow gaps
- Maintain project dashboards and lead weekly status reviews with the team
- Draft and distribute communications, including safety alerts and program updates
- Analyze fleet and safety data to prepare risk dashboards and loss prevention reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Safety or Health or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or consulting support
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar platforms
- Experience with invoicing and billing systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual Spanish preferred
