Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is hiring a Fleet Mechanic III for its Avenel, NJ operation. The role focuses on preventative maintenance and repairs across a range of light and heavy vehicles, with responsibility for parts inventory and records.

You will also mentor junior mechanics. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of fleet experience, the ability to work on diesel trucks and heavy equipment, and a commitment to obtaining required ASE, CDL and other certifications within the first year.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year or more of fleet mechanic experience.
• Able to work on all vehicle types (diesel trucks, electric and propane forklifts).
• Lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds.
• Provide own tool set.
• Willing to obtain ASE Heavy/Medium Duty, CDL A, brake/annual inspection, and A/C certifications within first year.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs on automobiles, trucks, trailers, vans and forklifts.
• Disassemble and overhaul motors, transmissions, clutches, rear ends and electrical systems.
• Complete required vehicle records and documentation.
• Manage parts ordering and inventory.
• Mentor class I & II mechanics.
