FedEx in the Indianapolis area seeks a skilled Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and modifications on the FedEx vehicle fleet and ground support equipment.

You will document work orders, manage parts ordering through FedEx systems, ensure compliance with OSHA/DOT standards, and mentor technicians and trainees while performing other duties as assigned.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Vocational automotive training preferred.
• ASE Master certification preferred.
• Four years fleet/automotive/truck repair experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications on FedEx fleet and ground support equipment.
• Document work using repair orders and parts ordering in FedEx computer systems.
• Ensure work complies with OSHA and DOT standards.
• Guide and support technicians and trainees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
