Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in Stafford, VA seeks a Fixed Wing Aviation SME with 10+ years of naval aviation and fighter aircraft expertise to advise on defense missions and exercise planning. You’ll apply DOTMLPF concepts to research, analyze, and support multi-domain operations for DoD clients.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, strong writing skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders. Onsite position with full-time hours and a focus on mission-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Naval Aviation Subject Matter Expertise (F-35/F-18, CIP roles)
• Experience advising military leadership for MAGTF or joint operations
• Knowledge of 4th/5th gen fighters, sensors, and multi-domain threats

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support exercises and experiments.
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate systems and policies for DoW mission support.
• Interface with stakeholders across allies, partners, and senior leadership.
