Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a financial services environment.
FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 63) required.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

Onboard and service client accounts with minimal supervision.
Prepare and coordinate client paperwork and materials for broker sales.
Coordinate with internal operations to ensure timely onboarding and servicing.
Support brokers in trade execution, monitor trade confirmations and settlements.
Assist in municipal credit support with the Financial Strategies team.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Participate in ongoing training and mentor entry-level fixed income staff.
