Job summary

Kraton Corporation is seeking a Fixed Equipment Reliability Engineer for its Panama City, Florida plant to lead the mechanical integrity program for fixed equipment including piping, tanks and vessels. You will drive reliability improvements, supervise staff and contractors, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include directing RCFA reviews, coordinating outages, and advancing preventative/predictive strategies to reduce downtime and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• At least 10 years of fixed equipment design, fabrication, repair or inspection experience.
• Proven knowledge of ASME and API codes and working with non-destructive testing techniques.

• Manage the fixed equipment mechanical integrity program for the plant.
