The role partners with Real Estate, Procurement, Finance, Technology, and Shared Services to ensure strong controls and accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in accounting, experience in fixed assets and leases, and preferably CPA certification.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in fixed asset and lease accounting preferred.
• CPA preferred or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform period-end close activities for Fixed Assets and Leases, including entries and reconciliations.
• Oversee Fixed Assets and Leases deliverables by the Virtual Team.
• Support SOX compliance, audits, and control improvements.
• Lead process transformation, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives.
