Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification in group fitness instruction or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead group and individual fitness classes tailored to older adults.
• Modify exercises to accommodate residents with varying mobility levels.
• Promote safety, proper form, and attentive supervision during all sessions.
• Coordinate fitness center orientation and assessments for new residents to ensure safe equipment use.
• Collaborate with Lifestyle, Nursing, and Therapy teams to align fitness plans with care goals.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and report progress.
