Touchmark at the Ranch is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to plan, design and lead group exercise classes for aging residents. You will energize and motivate club members, delivering age-appropriate workouts with enthusiasm and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Current certification through an NCCA accredited organization (ACE, AFAA, NCSF, NASM, ACSM) is required
• Genuine interest in working with adults (50+) to help them achieve fitness goals
• Experience instructing group exercise classes
• Experience with aging adults and/or special fitness populations
• Energetic, positive attitude and hospitality toward residents

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and lead group exercise classes for aging adults at varying levels
• Energize and motivate club members every day
• Provide five-star hospitality while supporting residents' fitness goals
• Be flexible to sub for other instructors when needed
