Job summary

Touchmark at the Ranch in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to work with Assisted Living Residents. You will plan, design, and lead group exercise classes for aging adults at varying levels of ability, energizing and motivating residents daily.

Ideal candidate holds a current NCCA-accredited certification (ACE, AFAA, NCSF, NASM, ACSM), has experience instructing group classes for adults 50+, and holds CPR/First Aid/AED. The role supports five-star hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current certification through a NCCA accredited organization is required.
• Experience instructing group exercise classes.
• Experience with aging adults and/or special fitness populations.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Be flexible to sub for other instructors.

Touchmark at the Ranch is currently seeking an individualto join our team as Group Fitness Instructor to work with our Assisted living Residents. In this role, you will help plan, design, and lead group exercise classes for aging adults at varying levels of physical ability. The ideal candidate will:

• Current certification through a NCCA accredited organization (ACE, AFAA, NCSF, NASM, ACSM) is required
• A genuine interest in working with adults (age 50+) to help them achieve their physical fitness goals
• Experience instructing group exercise classes in the format of your certification
• Experience working with aging adults and/or special fitness populations
• A positive, upbeat, and energetic approach to health, wellness, teamwork, and hospitality
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Be flexible to sub for other instructors if needed
