Job summary

The Victory Club is seeking a Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer to join our vibrant 55+ active-living community at Victory at Verrado in Buckeye, AZ. This role blends personal training with group fitness instruction and offers a path to build a thriving clientele.

You will lead classes, provide personalized training, and help members maintain health, strength, and independence in a resort-style environment with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health & Fitness, or related field.
• Current certification from ACSM, NASM, ACE, or NSCA.

Responsibilities

• Lead group fitness classes in a safe, enthusiastic, and engaging manner.
• Provide personalized fitness training based on member goals and needs.
• Build lasting relationships with members and encourage ongoing activity.
• Evaluate programs and develop new ones based on member interests and trends.
• Demonstrate proper and safe use of fitness equipment and techniques.
• Collaborate with staff to enhance member experience.
