Trilogy at Monarch Dunes in Nipomo, CA is seeking a certified fitness professional to lead group classes, personal training, and wellness events for a mature population. The role is part-time and requires evenings and weekends, with collaborative teamwork to deliver engaging workouts and health guidance.

You must hold a nationally recognized fitness certification and CPR/AED, be friendly and energetic, and adapt sessions to participants while promoting healthier lifestyles.

Formación

• Must hold a current nationally recognized fitness certification.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Experience working with active older adults.
• Friendly, vibrant, and outgoing.
• Ability to modify class intensity for participants.
• Provide support, encouragement and education toward better health.
• Maintain exercise equipment and report needs to the H/W Director.
• Eager to learn and pursue ongoing professional development.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an excellent workout experience to our members in class or one-on-one training.
• Assist with planning and implementation of members' wellness programs, incentives, and events.
• Hours will vary including evenings and weekends depending on classes, personal training, and events.
