Requires current nationally recognized fitness certification and CPR/AED; experience with older adults; friendly, outgoing personality; ability to adapt class intensity and mentor members toward healthier lifestyles; part-time, flexible schedule and supportive team.

Qualifikationen

• Possess a current nationally recognized fitness certification.
• Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification.
• Have knowledge and/or training working with active older adults.
• Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing.
• Adhere to the description of the class and modify the intensity for participants when necessary.
• Assists members through the process of actively working towards better health by providing support, encouragement, and education.
• Maintains exercise equipment and supplies and reports needs to the H&W Director.
• Must be eager to learn and continue professional development and education.

Aufgaben

• Deliver an excellent workout experience to our members in each class or one-on-one training.
• Assists with planning and implementation of members' wellness programs, incentives, and events.
• The hours will vary dependent on the class, personal training, and events which will include a few evenings and weekends.
