Weatherford in Decatur, Texas is seeking an experienced Fishing Tool Supervisor to join the Intervention Services & Drilling Tools Team.

You will operate fishing and re-entry equipment in the field, provide onsite client support, and help optimize performance during open-hole and cased-hole operations.

This senior role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to work 24/7 on call, and collaboration with onshore teams to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years fishing and whipstock experience.
• General knowledge of oilfield equipment.
• Valid Driver license.
• Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Fishing and Re-entry equipment in the field.
• Provide onsite support to customer during ongoing field operations.
• Assist in testing and adjusting equipment to obtain optimum operating performance.
• Daily reporting of field operations for ongoing Fishing and Re-entry operations.
• Work hand in hand with the onshore operations team.
• Must be on-call 24/7.
• Follow Weatherford safety rules and quality policies.
